My name is Richard Evans. I've been keeping aquariums since around the age of 5. I've kept your basic tropical fish that we all started with and have moved up the difficulty scale to saltwater aquariums. My current reef is a 2.5 gallon pico reef that surprisingly is not very difficult to maintain. Along with being an avid hobbiest, I also worked at a local pet shop for 10 years managing their fish room. This site is dedicated to great reef tanks and saltwater aquariums. You'll find tips and pointers on running a successful captive reef. I'll also introduced to the great reef tanks that are around the web.
